Read me!
This is a new & improved ancients optimizer. It operates by trying to buy the next level of each ancient in succession to determine which increases HS/hour the most. Then repeats the process until all HS are spent or no ancient increases the HS/hour rate. This chaotic process is not guaranteed to make the best decisions and in particular is known to suggest lower levels of Gold Ancients compared to the Rules of Thumb. Use at your own risk!
This calculator displays but does not currently offer suggestions for Thusia, Chronos and Vaagur. The first two have little to no effect on short optimized runs. Vaagur is assumed to be maximized for active builds.
Note that idle mode does not use DR. If you want to include it while still using idle mode (minus two minutes for using the abilities), uncheck idle mode and set every field inside to zero.
You must paste in your save data instead of entering the levels manually since there is currently no way to enter all the of other data the simulator uses such as achievement bonuses, HZE, relics and x2 shop multiplier.
Simulation assumes that a food/candy is clicked as soon as you ascend, allowing you to immediately progress to the highest unlocked zone determined by your Iris level. The simulation starts with a 60 second delay to account for setup.

Leave current level blank or 0 if you don't own the ancient. Adjusting ancient levels will not adjust remaining hero souls.

Hero Souls
Efficiency indicates the expected change to Hero Souls per run if you switched all your gilds to the indicated hero except one on a transitional hero. This calculation includes the 80 souls lost for each regild. If you do not have enough souls to regild, N/A is displayed. The transitional hero is Samurai except for rangers Orntchya and above in which case it is the ranger 3 before it. Leaving a gild on a transitional hero makes the optimizer suggest regilding earlier than typically recommended. Use at your own risk!
If you move gilds directly on this page, it will not account for the souls lost to regilding.
HeroGildsEfficiency
Efficiency indicates the relative value of the relic. The relic with the lowest efficiency should be salvaged.
RelicRarityEfficiency
This table shows the order the heroes are purchased in the simulator. It is customized based on Argaiv, Dogcog and gilds. This plan begins after all heroes are unlocked and all upgrades are purchased up to and including Frostleaf.
HeroToCostDamage
This table shows cumulative stats at the end of each 5 levels of the best run of the simulation. The first entry may not reflect a full 5 levels due to iris level.
